Fresh Mango Salsa

  • 1 ripe mango, pitted, peeled, sliced and finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium-sized green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium-sized red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped finely
  • 1/2 medium-sized red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
  2. Cover and chill at least an hour before serving; Enjoy 🙂
