Fried Chicken wings using the Philips Air Fryer.

Used the Air Fryer to cook frozen Chicken Wings from the local supermarket. No need for oil to cook them.

I found that frying them in 2 stages, produces the best results.

1 — Cook for 10 min at a lower temperature (165oC). At this temperature, it will defrost and cook the wings without burning.
2- Cook at 180oC for 7 to 10min for a crispy golden brown.
The wings were excellent.
