- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (Toasted)
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 sweet apple, cored and chopped
- 3 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh squeeze lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground fresh black pepper
- Fresh lettuce or (any greens you prefer)
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
