Vitality Chicken Salad



Ingredients:Vitality Chicken Salad

  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup red grapes sliced into half
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup roasted chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup lite mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined. Enjoy.
