One of the simplest and yet one of the most effective ways to instantaneously change the way you feel is to make some simple changes in the way that you carry your body. This means learning to condition your body to move, act, and react like a champion. The quality of your life is shaped by your emotions. Emotions manifest themselves in actions and in body language. The way that you carry yourself is a reflection of the way that you feel. In the same way, the way that you feel will be affected by the way that you carry yourself.

The simplest, quickest, and most effective way to interrupt the pattern of limiting emotions and thoughts is to make a deliberate and immediate change in how you use your body. Pay attention to your posture, your breathing patterns, your facial expressions, how you move your body, and how you use your voice. Have you ever seen people who are consistently sad or depressed? Notice how they choose to use their bodies. Typically you will see heads down, slumped over, shallow breathing, etc. Notice how they use their facial muscles and the expressions on their faces.

You can tell a great deal about how someone feels by just looking at how he uses his body. You can actually change the way that you feel by changing the way that you use your body. Stand up straight. Smile. Laugh. Breathe fully and deeply. Speak with confidence and authority. Change your tone and your facial expression. Put your head up. Raise your arms to the sky. Clap your hands and yell something positive. Be outrageous. The more you move the more you will feel.
EMOTIONS are CREATED by MOTION

Learn to celebrate your life more. FOCUS on the THINGS in your life that you are GRATEFUL for. How would you use your body if you felt great and had tons of energy, were excited, happy, joyous, energized, and invigorated? Do not wait to feel that way (it may not happen very often) before you act that way. Be proactive and use your body in a way that consistently creates these feelings until you master them until they become part of you. In other words, condition your body to move and act in a way that reflects the emotions you want to feel more often.

Realize that you have the power to change how you feel by simply changing the way you use your body. Practice Body Language every chance you get. You will be amazed how this simple and effective habit can transform the quality of your life and it is very empowering that you have control of what you think, how you feel, and what you chose to focus on.
